Windows 8 Install On New Pc

Hello all,
If I were to purchase a cd key for windows 8, would I be able to use that key to install windows on a newly built pc and what would I have to obtain to do so? Or would I have to purchase an oem version? Any help would be much appreciated!

g2a.com is VERY much of a grey area. Subject of much discussion among the Mod team.
Generally, if you find it much cheaper than any of the major retailers (Amazon/Newegg/TigerDirect/etc) that raises big red flags as to the authenticity and legitimacy.

Sites such as this have been known to resell education, MSDN, Technet OS keys. And those are NOT legal for sale.
If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

And once you get that key, you still have no install media.
