Windows 8 keys not working

I have two win8 pro keys, that I'm currently using on my desktop and my laptop, but when I tried to use them to download the installation media, Microsoft tells me that my code hasn't worked. I've used EaseUS and Magical Jelly Bean, which both give me a third code, that doesn't work either. Is there anything I can do?

I got them though my school about 12 months ago, but I'm at uni now so can't ask for more

Then you'd probably have to call and talk to someone at MS.
