Hello,
I have recently deleted my Windows 8 boot partition, As far as I am aware I recreated it via cmd (I followed an online guide). The laptop gets to the toshiba loading screen after selecting either Windows 8 or Windows 7 installation media, and it just has the loading screen (the toshiba logo and the white loading icon at the bottom of the screen). Normally my laptop boots up fast (within 5-20 seconds max) but now it just isn't loading up. I cannot just simply replace a £800 laptop. So please can someone tell me/link me to a reliable guide for fixing my computer, without screwing up my hard drive. I cannot reset windows because I have the Windows 7 installation media on there from when I tried to dual-boot windows 8 and windows 7 together, but windows 7 wouldn't install, and I do not know how to delete the windows 7 partition or how to find it without access to windows desktop.

Thanks in advanced,
Kieron

oh wait, i restarted my laptop and selected windows 8, then i get a screen telling me that automatic repair is starting, then suddenly a cmd flashes and disappears almost instantly. Then the toshiba loading screen appears again. Any ideas?
