Windows 8 - Media device you require is missing

Hiya guys, i've been trying to reinstall OS from scratch, but i get the following problem

I've tried to use 2 different bootable discs, nothing's changed (Don't have usb, but i guess the same thing'd pop up)

Are you using an original licensed windows disk with the key that came with it?

It's not that. I can't even get to installing win at all

- I've installed win 8 before, but now for some reason it wont work.
