Windows 8 missing files and faulty keyboard.

My keyboard is typing and doing the wrong keys it even does multiple letters and the missing files are system settings like this: http://gyazo.com/e5c3308bcea4fb0e9181eb63c9f5cbca

The keys are mainly on the left the right side of the keyboard works. Please help me fix this.

I might be due to the issue with input drivers. So please try to un-install and re-install the drivers hope this will help. If not it might the physical damage.

I did this and my keyboard is working thanks! Three keys are still unresponsive though.
