Windows 8 Pro Build 9200 Upgrade

Hi all. I currently have windows 8 pro build 9200 but I want an official copy.

So I was wondering if I am able to use the windows 8 pro upgrade (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Microsoft-Windows-8-Pro-32-64BIT-Upgrade-Version-Retail-DVD-/181136403414#vi-content)

That copy is for upgrading from Windows XP, Vista or 7 to Windows 8. If you have a legal license for one of those three for your computer, then go for it. You may be stuck with reinstalling the older version of Windows and upgrading from that in order to make it legitimate, though.
