windows 8 ready mobo???? please help!

So i was building a pc for a friend for him to buy on pcpartpicker (link- http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-a55bmausb3) And the mobo's picture says "windows 8 ready"!? does that mean it comes with windows 8 already on it???
