So basically, my Dad's computer has been really slow so after running malwarebytes, we found he had a virus so we deleted the virus but the pc was still very slow. After that, I decided it was best to try and do a system refresh.
The refresh took quite a while, but when it finished I was prompted to set up windows as you usually are. When I got to the part where you select your wifi, it lagged for quite a while and then crashed saying something along the lines of "Windows installation has failed. To install windows, restart the installation process" or something
Now the computer boots to a black screen, then shows the logo and loading, and then to another black screen. What should I try?
