Question Windows 8 Tablet can't log in ?

I have a Vulcan Windows 8 tablet where I can't login. I forgot the password. It can find my router, but I can't get it connect. If I can login, how do I do factory reset? if I can't login in, I might as well turn it into to Staples for $5 store credit.

Logging in would go into hacking territory and this forum has a hard no tolerance on that.
But you can connect a usb hub to the tablet to connect a mouse keyboard and a usb drive with windows installer on it and you can install a fresh version of windows on it that won't be locked.
If the maker has a forum look there if they have a modified version of windows installer for your tablet that would have all the drivers included.
