My laptop started an update last night, it went through the first 12 updates like normal, but when it hit the 13th(last one) it freezes. I let it run for about an hour last night before just closing the lid, and I have let it run for a few more hours today. I can see the mouse, and the circles next to the words still revolve, but control alt delete did nothing, and neither did turning it off. Thank you in advance for the help, and if you need any more information please ask.
