Windows 8 wireless internet adapter

Hey all I am looking for a wireless adapter that is stable, works with windows 8 and or 8.1, can handle a distance of about 50ft.
I will accept PCI slot adapters
right now I have a netgear usb adapter

I like the Asus N-13 and N-53 USB adapters, also keep a few of the EdiMax EW-7722UTn and Rosewill RNX-N180UBE around, the Rosewill has a base and USB extension so it can be moved around some which is nice
