Windows 98se and fast buss

I built a an ASrock K7VT4A+ system with a XP 3000 chip/ 512 PC2700 which
works fine at 266FSB. If I increase the FSB to 333 I get errors in Win98 any
ideas?

Have you checked in the bios that the ram timings are not too low put them
how they are on the ram stick.
