Windows 98SE Ethernet Driver?

Guys, I'm having issues finding the correct driver for this.

I am trying to install Win98 on an older Dell D820 laptop, and I have the USB drivers working fully now. Just no luck with Ethernet.

Is there something any of you can recommend to help me get this working? Does Win98 have any software that is a little like Driver Genius that will auto-install all the drivers for your machine's equipment?

I don't know about the Network card in your laptop, but maybe this helps, its a generic Intel networking driver for W98SE:
