Windows 98SE Forgets Me

When I use Windows Logon, my Netscape does not remember my preferences. When I use Windows Network logon, it does.

Any ideas?

set Control Panel->Passwords->User Profiles to All users using same preferences.

I actually only have one user, so I had never set up that function. I have now done that, and will keep you posted as to whether it works.
