Question Windows acting up (BRAND NEW PC)

Recently I had built a PC (My first) And I've had a major issue. When installing windows. For say when I click Install. Randomly my PC would restart. Fans Rgb Etc. Would stay on but I would be brought back to the press del to enter bios etc etc. If I do end up installing windows. My Windows would restart randomly within 3 minutes of logging in. Like this is constant. At first I suspected a Software issue, but after trying everything possible I am made to believe now that it is a Hardware Issue. I built my PC on the 25th September. It is now the 30th September and I am returning my Motherboard Today. I would like info asap as maybe I dont need to return my Mobo.

I forgot to say but in BIOS my pc would never restart, and would work flawlessly.

List full specs of your system.

I'd suspect ram issues, possibly PSU issue.
Could be also overheating, if cpu cooler has not been installed properly.

Specs are as follows:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (Using stock cooler)
Ram: 16gb ddr4 3600mhz (corsair vengeance)
Gpu: Gigabyte rtx 2060)
Motherboard : MSI b550m pro vdh wifi
Psu: EVGA 600W WATT 80+
Ssd: Crucial P2 500gb nvme

Ive took my pc apart and im rebuilding it rn incase i may have done something wrong. But ill flash bioa to latest version after.

It has not worked. I am thinking it may be a hardware issue now, ive been doing this almost a week. Im kind of panicked
