Windows acting weird

Sometimes, when I'm gaming the game will minimize for no reason. It normally happens when i press "esc"
Then if i try to go back to the game by clicking on the icon on the taskbar, it will try to open a new game!
And if i try to write something, for example "google" it will write another different thing.
The only solution i found for this was restart my pc. It's pretty annoying!! I use windows 7.
Please answer. I will be really grateful for your help!

If you happen to use any kind of on screen or in game programs sometimes you can get a key stuck down(not on the keyboard, but in the system).

It is kind of like running in a game with alt or control and opening steam ingame(or end up leaving my current system with mouses without boarders.) can lead to the system thinking alt is held down after.

Next time it happens, try to hit keys like alt, control and start to see if the problem goes away.
