Windows Activation after MoBo change?

Hi
I have some troubles with my actual socket A motherboard, i would like to change it for a new one but different brand, same chipset (VIA KT-266A).I would like to know if the windows will be deactivated if i change the MoBo, the other components will be the same than the actual one.

Got this from Microsoft's website. I would say that replacing the motherboard will probably make you have activate it again.

You should be able to explain it though, to the person on the phone. It shouldn't be a problem.
