What is happening is if i leave the computer off overnight for instance, and then i turn it one windows Aero is disabled and i run the troubleshooter and it comes up with nothing.
If i restart the computer it will work fine and fine for restarts thereafter. It is only when the computer has been left off for a good amount of time that this will happen.
Can someone help?

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit
ASRock 990FX extreme 9
2 crossfired 7970 Vapor-x ghz edition
256 crucial ssd
16gb trident x ram
1tb hdd
AMD FX-9590
