windows after motherboard change

For the OS licensing:
Read and do this before you change any parts:

For the actual operation, prepare to do a full wipe and reinstall.
It may not be needed, but prepare for if it does.
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10

There are 3 possible outcomes:
1. It just boots up and all is fine
2. It fails completely
3. It boots up, but you're chasing issues for weeks.
To add to this question, I will also swap my whole hardware except the SSD + HDD, can I just install the old SSD with the installed Windows 10 to boot up after bulding the new PC and then do a clean install? Or will it not work because it won't detect the new hardware at all and not start, so I have to boot from a USB, which I prepare before I build my PC?
