Question windows always crashing

My custom pc after a fresh install and everything updated ie drivers n windows...still in getting crashes. My computer 20 yrs ago crashed once within 4 yrs. Is microsoft taking the piss?

direct X errors are normally caused by graphics card drivers

I would run ddu in safe mode and depending where you gopt previous drivers from. either use AMD/Nvidia website or Windows update to get new drivers

What are specs of PC?

can you go to C:/windows/minidump
copy the files here to a new folder
upload copies from new folder to a file sharing website and share a link here
we see what else might be cause
