Hey guys as is stated above my league of legends has very strange performance drops, just to give you an idea the fps is always shown as stable 60 however the screen looks very jumpy and laggy to me.

My hardware is pretty extreme for the game so i believe the windows update must've fucked something. Anyone have any ideas, thank you for any help guys. If there aren't any ideas would anyone reccomend downgrading to windows 7?

Good news is that it's likely an incompatibility with a driver, Windows 10, and LoL. Check that everything else is up to date. Especially graphics drivers. Also make sure you use a snapshot tool like Rollback Rx or Comodo Time Machine to create a backup any time you're adjusting drivers.

Downgrading to Windows 7 is a possibility but considering most people are using Windows 10 and it actually works, might be best to fix the issue.
