So, some context. Most of my pc components are from 2018~. I don't know how long before they start physically degrading, but I been using this pc just about every day since. No issues till about a month ago.
At first I noticed some screen flickers on main monitor, then it'll freeze. My second monitor still works for about a minute then it'll freeze as well. Usually this happens when I'm playing a game / underload, but occasionally it happens even if only file explorer is opened. Reinstalled nvidia drivers, didnt work. Check sfc, didnt work. Reset, didnt work.
On my X reset, I noticed:
  1. Bios is somehow 'reset'. Boot mode showed csm, secure boot was off and didnt have keys. My fan settings were reset. I changed everything back. csm to uefi ( I think I had it on uefi before)
  2. unable to enter secure boot. Even after turning it on and reseting the keys. I would get to the blue screen where you select which boot option to enter. But then, my keyboard lights are off, I try to press to enter secure boot and nothing happens. After about a minute, the pc would shut itself off.
Somewhere between the first windows reset to my last, i did a memtest86+ and let it ran overnight. Before I went to sleep, it was 5 passes, no errors, so I turned off the monitor. (Person who suggested me to do this told me to do 8 passes). In the morning, I turn on the monitor but i cant "wake" it from black screen. So i just spacebar, which i remember it was to exit, and the pc restarted or shutdowned. Idk if it can crash, but it was responsive id assume it didnt. I think i ran this before changing bios from csm to uefi, but i cant be sure.

Anyways, after my last reset everything was good for about a week. Till now, still unable to enter secure boot, and now things would randomly crash. 3 times i have now experienced this, everytime is during/after gaming. Either the game would freeze and go non responsive, or when i try to close the game it goes non-responsive. Either way, it doesnt quit, the sending crash info to microsoft would freeze too, task manager cant force it quit, Task manager would then freeze and go non-responsive itself, event viewer cant start, in general many windows applications struggles during then, restarting would be stuck. However, during all this most non-windows apps still work fine.

I have tried to reset again, since most of my data is on another disk. However, no change.

Plz help. I have a feeling my problems then and now is stemming from the same thing. But at this point i have no clue if its hardware or even software

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
BIOS version for the motherboard at this moment of time?

I have tried to reset again, since most of my data is on another disk.
I'd have reinstalled the OS instead of a reset, after recreating the bootable USB installer to rule out a corruption with the installer itself.

I been using the cloud download option everytime, with "cleaning out" the drive. Is that not the as reformatting via bootable usb
