Question Windows Apps Folder freezes

I can see my Windows Apps Folder is using 17gb, but that instance of explorer will freeze and trying to end the task will just lock up my whole PC and not let me re-open explorer or shutdown right. Ive also made sure to change the owner of the file to admin or users even my specific user, but no joy. I at least was able to rename the old one, so I could make a new one, but that is more of a temporary solution.

I've already tried that. Unfortunately, it didn't work, The issue isn't access denial its corruption I guess? I ran windows HD error check too.
