Windows are flashing everywhere (losing focus)

Ever since I installed this wonderful, amazing, perfect, magnificent OS called Windows 10, I, surprisingly, haven't stumbled across any problems. Except for this one that is. Every window, let it be an application or folder or whatever, flashes every minute. What I mean by flashing is that it goes to the background, like when you have a folder open and you click your desktop, the folder window deselects, and when you click back it gets selected again. It's annoying because when I'm typing in Chrome for example, it stops me from typing when it flashes (happened several times while writing this).

Anyway, here is a video of it happening, followed by me reproducing it:

I believe this would be a background program doing this. Have you tried to disable everything in the tray (one at a time) and keep testing to see if one of those is causing the problem? If not, start by doing that.

If that doesn't help (everything in tray closed but still having problem) then you might want to consider doing a Clean Boot. If things are working good after doing the clean boot, then it's one of the programs that you have disabled for the clean boot that is causing the problem.

Other ideas:
Disable Bluetooth if you are using it temporarily to see if that helps.
