Question Windows auto timezone is wrong

So for some reason everything is out of sync with my computer with the timezone being set to Pacific time when i'm in Eastern time. Another thing is that the time in my BIOS is wrong also. Any ideas?

Could be the CMOS battery has expired and needs replacing --- it's a 3v silver coin battery that clips on to the motherboard and it's job is to preserve the BIOS configuration and real-time clock.
I've never had one expire on me but then I only keep a computer for 3 to 4 years at most before I'm looking for another one.
