Windows automatically adds languages

I've got Windows 10 64x pro. System language: UK. Problem: I'm usually use 2 languages for keyboard: US and another one. PC always adds UK language after sleep. It doesn't appear in language settings, and only way to remove it: add it by myself, and remove it. But that's temporary solution. If i remove US and use UK with US keyboard layout, then PC will add US instead.

"US" isn't a language its a dialect of English. Since you've said that the system language is set-up as English then that will be what it reverts to.

Second one is russian.

I would first try uninstalling and then reinstalling the required language packs.
