windows backup creating system image of harddrive (d:)

so i was planning on moving my current c drive data including the os of windows 10 and i started a backup and it got up to 97% then it says Creating a system image of HardDrive D: and it has been stuck at it for about 2 hours and im hoping to have it solved or if it supposed to take this long? Thankyou
