Windows Blue Screen Errors after trying to install fresh copy of windows 10 on newly built PC

How do I get it to boot into the operating system? It crashes as soon as I get half way through the installation process of windows 10 home. The errors I have been getting are crypto library internal error, inaccessible boot device, critical process died & system service error as well as this error code: oxc0000225. The primary error is crypto_library_internal_error. Keeps rebooting with that issue after it has crashed during windows 10 home install.

Once again this is a fresh copy of windows 10 installing on a brand new SSD. I will list components of build below, any help would be great!

It's always advised to have the latest BIOS installed onto your system and Asus has gone a step further by allowing you to update your BIOS while outside of your OS. Read more in your manual, page 2-1. Have a go with recreating your bootable USb installer and then follow through with this guide.
