I am not sure what had happend, but recently it takes more than two minutes for my Windows to boot. When I press the power button I see a screen where I can enter the bios, then it switches to ASRock screen and spinning circles which keeps spinning for two minutes and then it eventually comes up.
I have tried to reset BIOS, reset Windows, but keep getting the same results.
Eventually I installed WPA, but not sure how to analyze it.

If you check the attached photo, it seems it boots in 20 seconds, but the wholo process (bottom of the photo) is 133 seconds.
Any advice what to do next?

Do you have multiple drives attached to the system? If yes, did you have more than one drive attached when you last installed Windows, or did you remove ALL drives except the one you were installing windows on?

Have you tried a HARD reset of the CMOS/BIOS by unplugging the power cable, removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard for five minutes, pressing the power button for 30 seconds during those five minutes and then reinstalling the CMOS battery and plugging the power back in. Then powering on the system and going back into the bios and choosing the load default settings option?

What version of Windows are you running?

What kind of drive do you have, HDD or SSD? Have you recently checked to see if there is a newer bios available for your motherboard? If not, you should do so.

Have you checked to see if there are newer chipset drivers, storage controller drivers, audio drivers or network adapter drivers on the manufacturer product page for your motherboard? If not, do that, and update as necessary.
