Windows Boot Manager - 0xc000000e

Getting an error when i to load windows 7 ultimate installer on to my new computer.

Error message :
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change moghy be the cause.

Status : 0xc000000e
Info : The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessable.

Ive tried using the command prompt in windows installer for the following:
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot

When I use system repair on the windows 7 installer, it says there are no issues.

CPU - Intel i5-6600k
MOBO - MSI Z170a M5
SSD - Samsung Evo 840
RAM - Kingston Fury 16GB DDR 2400
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX980ti

Yes i have, but it does not work. I get a message which i dont remember but it had the word "internal" in it.

Clear the CMOS bu jumper, then try use only single RAM to try.
