I have just put together a new Desktop with a SSD drive for a boot drive and a hard drive for data. Now when I look at the BIOS boot order my SSD has two listings the first space has the words Windows Boot Order than my SSD number than spot three just list my SSD number. So the problem is I have two listings of the same drive in my BIOS, this has never happened to me before and I'm asking if this is an issue that needs to be fixed or is it OK. I plan to duel boot to Linux Ubuntu at some point and currently I don't know if the SSD listings will prevent this.
-Thanks for your time.

Solution
It's normal with the newer BIOS/UEFI interfaces. If you select your SSD (the one that does not say Windows Boot Manager) as first priority, it will not boot into Windows. This can actually be pretty useful for dual booting, etc.
