Windows boot time slower?

Hi, I just recently upgraded my PC. New case, motherboard, new RAM, and a new i7 processor.
I kept the same drives from my old one and I haven't gotten any errors at all. When I started up my PC it took around a solid thirty seconds to boot up and bring me into the login screen. I had a problem with "No audio output device installed" and was recommended to change my BIOS settings to "Optimized Defaults" to fix the problem. After I changed to Optimized Defaults my boot time to get to the login screen shot up to about 20 minutes...

My components are:
EVGA GTX 960 GeForce Graphics card
MSI B250 Gaming M3 Motherboard
x4 Corsair Dominator Platinum Series DDR4 16GB DRAM 3000Mhz
and Intel i7-7700K CPU 4.20 GHz

Any idea what setting couldve been changed to decrease the boot time? Any help is appreciated:)

This is probably an issue of your old windows install trying to run on this new hardware. I would suggest creating an image of the drive, so you can restore it if needed, and reinstalling windows fresh.
