Recently I had to system reset, with keep file because I didn't have any restore points, now after that my pc seemed to still glitch out so I repeated the reset process, and that worked fine, and well I had to also get rid of the Windows.old file, I had two of them called Windows.old and the other Windows.old(1) I'm assuming it's due me resetting twice. I did the generic, "use disk clean up" method to delete the files…that didn't work…tried ccleaner that didn't work…after uninstalling it…I restarted it, usually restart would take a second or two, but it just stayed in the booting screen with dots going on circle
