Hi,

When my notebook windows boots up i see a black screen right after welcome screen, when i press CTRL+ALT+DELETE the process manager starts only after 5 or 10 minutes and it works extremally slow, I cant even press anything because it's freezes for another 10 minutes (the desktop remains black)

I cant boot up to safemode since the same happens in there.
I tried to bootup using safemode with command prompt support option to disable startup apps and services but it did not help!

Tried to insert installation disk to repair boot section, fixer reported that there were errors thats now are fixed but i still see the black screen,

There is no recovery points remained so i cant use this option...

Is there any fix for this? i dont really want to reinstall windows because i have important files to recover first.

Solution
When you do ctrl+alt+delete, and open the task manager, will it eventually let you do anything there? If yes, go to the file menu-->new task-->explorer.exe

If not, try safe mode with command prompt. There's some commands we can run in there.
