Windows can´t install drivers for my USB headset, HELP

Hello, I have a problem that is about to make me cry. Today I mistakenly unninstalled my USB headset drivers (the drivers were from a DVD that came in the box) because sometimes the headset disable by an unknown error. Now I cant install the drivers from the DVD or the Windows ones. When I select a driver, this appears:

I made a mistake unninstalling the drivers and installing the DVD drivers instead of using the Windows ones. Please, I tried everything. Help! Greetings and sorry for bad english

Go to the manufacturer's website. Search for the headset drivers applicable to your Windows 10 system.

Download the drivers, reinstall, and re-configure per the installation instructions.

Be sure to note any errors or pop-up windows that occur during the reinstall.

Hey. They are kind of a generic 7.1 ones, Xion. In the website there are only places to buy them. In the box the DVD I mentioned before have drivers but they cant install too. :c Another recomendation? Greetings
