windows can not boot after deleting my recovery partitions !!

my hard disk gets "your hard disk may fail soon" and i tried to clean all partition + recovery partition hope that the problem will solve but it won't so i ignored the problem and i put my dvd to setup windows 8.1, in the first i didn't find my hard disk so i disabled secure boot and i choosed UEFI OS and after that i tried to setup windows again and windows completed setup normally but when windows logo shows its keep loading and nothing happened , i tried also win 7 but when windows logo shows its getting blue screen , i tried to change hard disk and its getting the same problem windows won't start :/ i asked my friend about this problem and he told me that when i cleaned partitions i also deleted master boot record and this is the problem :/ , please guys help me :/ and sorry for bad English :3
 
Solution
Start by booting up with your Windows DVD then choose Repair then find the Command prompt option. At the prompt, type
bootrec /ScanOs
then press Enter. If it can find an OS type
bootrec /FixMbr
and hit enter again
If taht fails, try
bootrec / rebuild.

If all those fail, reinstall Windows.
