Windows cannot be installed to this disk

I got this when I went to install my New OS on hard drive ... But it let me install the OS with this error.. Does that mean I'm fine or did I mess up?

You say it installed anyway. Is it running OK with no more errors? If so I'm guessing it must've formatted the drive to get around the problem.
