"Windows cannot find the microsoft software license terms"

Hello guys, i'm getting this error while trying to install windows 10 on a computer, this error happens after clicking on install now, this happens before the screen to select if it's an upgrade or advanced installation (where i can format the partitions, etc).
Throughout google, all i could find was that it's due to corrupted files or bad iso, thing is, i just used the same usb to sucessfuly install windows 10 on another machine, i thought it might have corrupted the files somehow then, so i formatted the usb and did the iso->usb process again, but i'm still getting the same error.

Not sure, it's kinda old though, but not that old, i think its running those apu amd processors, has 2gb ram ddr1

Haha yea, but the mobo prob supports ddr2, not sure why they put in ddr1 memory, its from the store my friend works, he just asked me to format the pcs from there, they've pr9b be bought at the same time
