[SOLVED] Windows cannot install

I was using windows 10 on my computer with gigabyte ga g41m combo mobo 2 gb ram and intel core 2 duo processor. When i turned on my computer after on day, it said an operating system wasn't found, try disconnecting any drives that don't contaain an operating system.
So i tried to reinstall windows but as i selected boot with usb it loads up a bit and crashes. I can't install an operating system on it. It was working fine. What should I do?

Run diagnostics on the drive. It sounds like it may have failed, especially if it's as old as the parts you listed.

From where do i run it?

Likely have to run it from a bootable usb drive. Whats the make of the drive(WD, Seaghate, etc).?

The harddrive is western digital. I tried running a bootable usb but it is stuck
