Windows cannot update? Error = 0x80248011

I cannot get updates from windows update. I cannot update Windows defender. It keeps giving me error 0x80248011.
I have looked this up on microsoft support page and gone threw all the steps and they either dont work or wont allow me to complete them. What can I do?

Is it a legit copy of windows? If so, call or e-mail their support.

It has to be legit... Windows Defender won't even install on a non-legit computer.

(Unless you're lucky enough to know of a VL key that actually still works)
