Windows cant activate anymore after new mobo

Hello! So my old motherboard just died on me so I needed to get another one(everything else remained the same). Now the Windows is working, but it isn't activated. I tried putting my old key in, but it is already used by other device(old mobo I think).
Is there any possible way to reactivate my Windows with my current key. No my account wasn't linked to MS account. I don't mind is it gets unactivated on my old motherboard since it is already in trash. I will not buy a new key again, because I just did buy that Win like a month ago and it was over 100€.

You need to contact Microsoft Licensing/Activation support. I have had to do this in the past as well.

How can i contact them? Vie email? I am in Estonia and I worry that when calling them additional costs may apply for international calls.

Got it working via the chat. Technician used remote desktop and entered some codes. He just wanted some proof that i bought new mobo. Everything works perfectly fine and Microsoft has amazing support.
