my troubleshooting also doesnt work so thats fun!

Solution
Install windows on another drive.
If you don't have any other drive, then shrink current windows partition by 50GB, create a new partition and install windows there.
You have to install same version of windows - Windows 10 Home (Pro version you will not be able to activate this way).
Fully update windows - install all security updates. Then use windows activation troubleshooter to transfer license.

After this your old windows installation will activate also BTW.

should i uninstall everything when i do so?

also i dont have my old key all i know is that it was activated with my outlook
