The method of Dos showed in the following link (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1948092/windows-installed-drive-partition.html#lastAnswer) will going to erase all drives (all local disks or partition disks) of HARD DISK ???

Solution

Delete ALL the partitions on that drive, resulting in one blank space.
Continue, letting Windows create what it needs.

And install the OS with only the one drive connected. Disconnect all other drives during this process.

Yes, that clean command wipes ALL partitions on the selected drive.
That thread is 5 years old.

What OS are you installing, on what drive?
What is on there currently?

Actually there is an important data in my other local drives which I am not willing to erase because I don't have any backup and I am not willing to take any risk of losing it !
that's why I don't want to cleanup my HDD !
