FX 9590 is actually overblown 8350/8370 which are actually best binned of 8300 series so performance would be same as any of them running at same frequency.
In theory, 9590 set to run at let's say 4 GHz would have same performance and power requirements as any 8300 series set same way. I had my FX 8350, with same MB, running at 4.9GHz but with water cooling and extra cooling fans placed at NB and VRM.

I just gave my Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 to my niece so I'm familiar with that board.

It doesn't officially support the FX 9590

FYI: An FX 9590 is supposed to run at 4.7 Ghz base clock, 5.0 turbo clock. Yours is running at 4.0.

Most likely a be a big reason why you're having issues.
Yea that must be it. I can get fx 8350 which is compatible with this mbo but do you maybe know what would be the difference in gaming ? Im mostly playing fortnite and with this setup i have 110 fps but it kinda lags ( its not smooth at all ).
