Question Windows cant copy certain files in bootable setup

hello, i have recently upgraded my ram and reformatted my hard drive and will install windows xp sp3 on a 2005 tablet pc via usb, and on setup in copying files i get errors on certain files for example dvdplay.exe and more, so what is the solution? i have tried cds but no luck

check the install media file, redownload windows xp

which tablet PC is it? brand and model
