This problem started because I was troubleshooting another audio-related issue when Windows asked me if it could uninstall and re-install my audio driver.
I accepted, and it succeeded in doing its task the first time, but tried uninstalling and re-installing again, and when deleting it, it froze, so it only deleted and never re-installed it again. and now I have a red X next to my audio sign,
so I installed the Realtek audio driver from their official website(the audio i was using before), yet it still does not show up, so what i did was i went to device manager and tried to use legacy hardware to add the 'USB audio OEM device' in the 'sound video, and game controllers' section but when attempting to install,
hardware wizard presented me with:
'An error occurred during the installation of this device.
The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance.'

if you want to see what's basically my exact situation, this video shows it perfectly (even how the troubleshooting looked in my screen):

you can watch this video up until the point where he installs 'USB audio OEM device', because as you know, I cant.

as of right now, I don't know what to do, my laptop has no audio and it has been stuck like this for 2 days now, I've been trying so hard to fix it, but no solution works, I really hope you guys can help me.

i downloaded the audio driver from the official realtek website, and if you want to know my system manufacturer it's 'HASEE', or atleast my system information says that.

Wait no, it does actually say hasee, near the screen, i'm sorry i didn't notice that.

the only thing i could find is this pdf: 'https://clevo-computer.com/media/pdf/78/04/79/N950TP6_SM_20171212.pdf', you can find this on google search by putting my motherboard(N950TP6) in the search results. the laptop in this pdf actually looks like an exact replica of mine.

in the bottom of my laptop it has a sticker that says 'clevo' on it, along with some other information such as my serial id, my motherboard, and some other stuff.

so this laptop was actually manufactured by hasee.

Don't think any vendor is using usb audio nowadays

Go to device manager, right click the audio device, properties, events, then google vendor id and device id
see if it's really from Realtek. It's identified as INTELAUDIO at the same time however.

yes i did download from realtek 64 bit, but im worried when windows froze while uninstalling, it did something terrible to my audio drivers.

There's a problem, i don't have that driver, (i meant the microsoft uaa bus drive)

edit: hold on, why are his icons different when disabling that driver? how did he get there? if he's talking, tell me, as i dont have audio

Just now, I tried downloading a realtek audio from my legacy hardware, which then gave me a blue screen and is now attempting repairs in the boot up screen... (It fixed the blue screen, it booted back up to a "time where windows worked")

i installed 'realtek audio' from legacy hardware, and says that 'This device cannot start. (code 10) the request is not supported', and it has a yellow exclamation mark next to it.

now apparently, after downgrading windows version, in device manager, 'audio endpoint' appeared in audio inputs and outputs.

I'm honestly not sure what the issue Is, but what I typed in fixed it. I don't exactly remember what I typed in cmd prmpt,

But what I did was, I added 'local service' to 'administrator something(I don't remember)' or something like that.

I don't remember the command I entered, all I can say is what i did. then I made a restart, and that fixed it.

Edit: I believe you must run CMD as administrator.
