Solution
Using the laptop go to the drive manufacture's support site and check for bootable diagnostics to download. Once found and downloaded, simply run the utility and specify the location of the usb flash drive. Once installed on the flash drive, go to your new build, connect the flash drive via USB and boot from that USB via the Bios. Once loaded it will run diagnostics and confirm if the drive itself is actually toast. I'd recommend doing after you get sleep.
When this error appears, it indicates there may be something wrong with the hard disk.
Your best route is to download the manufacturers HDD diagnostics and perform tests via a flash drive if possible - i.e. boot utilizing a flash drive with the diagnostics tool. This will confirm if the drive itself is actually failing. If it is then you should still have the option to return said drive to Amazon as an RMA and order a replacement etc.

I dont have windows on my pc, so how would i test it, and also forgot to mention, my hdd is a 1tb wd blue, i was trying windows 10 but it didnt work, should i try windows 8 or will it still say that it may fail?

Sorry, I would assume that you have access to another computer to download and create the bootable medium. As for using Windows 8 you can try however its a coin toss if you will get the same error or if the install will continue along or it can simply freeze during the install. If you have that option to leverage Windows 8 I'd say go for it.

Alright thanks so much for your help :)

I ran the diagnostic test, when i clicked to scan the hard drive, i can hear the hard drive shut down mid way and the diagnostic tool would abort using the command, only way is to shut down and im back to square one, does this mean that its toast or whats the story?

In all seriousness I wouldn't continue along this path and simply get a replacement drive (RMA the current drive if possible).
No one should go through the hassle as you have. You can try other experiments but if it were me - back it goes.
