Windows Classic Theme making lines in my screen while scrolling

Windows classic theme makes lines my screen while scrolling and while playing fullscreen games,
i cant bare watching the lines in my screen and i dont even wanna play any games on watch a movie on my computer due to this,

I change to windows aero theme and no issues with the lines,
change to windows classic theme and i can see the lines right away .

Please let me know how to fix this issue, i want to use windows classic again , not this aero garbage.

How do you disable windows areo,

I choose windows classic theme and it makes lines in my screen while scrolling.
i have to use windows aero theme to fix the lines, but i want to use windows classic.

I'm still having this issue and im unable to use windows classic mode, due to lines in the screen when watching videos and scrolling.

The solution slowly went away, I'd just stay with windows 10, might have been windows 7 with the issue.
