Windows constantly crashes and I'm out of ideas.

I recently switched from an Intel i7 to a AMD FX 9590, kept everything from my previous build which I'll include at the bottom, well I had some weird flickering and random shutting off problems and finally found it was my power supply not pushing enough power for the new CPU, so I bought a way too big power supply and it ran fine for months. All of a sudden one day it started acting slow, then I kept getting blue screens after blue screens after blue screens, I ran memtest found I had errors sent it in for the warranty got new ram, still had problems, so I tried getting a new motherboard, well it was also under warranty so I got a new motherboard, still had problems, I've gone through 3 hard drives (2 being about 4-5 years old and 1 that had a few bad sectors on Kali Linux) and 2 SSD. Everytime I tried a new drive I used a USB to reinstall windows completely fresh not keeping anything. Almost every time I ran the SFC command and it showed corruption that it couldn't fix, so I ran dism check health, sometimes it would say component store was fine, sometimes it was repairable, and sometimes it was not repairable. I tried the component cleaner command and the restore health command for dism and they always failed. Thought I'd check the drivers with verifier command but that put me in a BSOD loop where I had to boot into safe mode and disable it. I checked all the drives with the program speccy, only one of them showed a smart status of bad and it was only occasionally and chkdsk never found a problem with any of them either. I'm still currently testing the 2nd ssd it's the newest drive I have in my house and I'm praying that it works, but even if it does I'll need another one because they're only 128 gig ssd. My build is:
Motherboard:asrock 970 performance fatality
CPU: AMD FX 9590
GPU: pny Nvidia GTX 970
Ram: kingston hyper x Blu (4x8) 32 gig
PSU: EVGA 1600 watt
Currently running Windows 10 x64 but I've tried installing windows 8.1 too
DVD drive is an Asus DVD write
I'm using a wireless adapter too but it happened on hard line as well and I can't get to the make and model of it at the moment. As for the drives I've got 2 adata sp600 128 gig ssd
A 1tb Hitachi 7200 rpm
A 2tb Hitachi 7200 rpm
And a 1tb western digital caviar green 5200 rpm and none have worked correctly.
I've replaced the data cables as well and the only thing I'm down to replacing is the CPU and GPU but that's alot of money to spend if they aren't under warranty and I'm not sure if they are or not.
*Update* while I was typing this the ssd finished installing windows and as soon as I booted in I ran SFC and it found corruption that it couldn't fix, dism check health didn't find any problems but I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and it got to 97.4% and failed as usual with error code 1726. And I'm out of options because I'm not an IT guy by no means at all and I'd hate to have to just throw this entire system away and start from scratch..... Thanks for the help in advance I hope you guys can help

Thanks for the response. the list is the same before and after aside from me swapping out hard drives and solid state drives for testing, I did install it to a single drive with no other drives plugged in, I did this with 2 SSD and 3 HDD all failed, I did make a bootable installer on a usb drive bigger than 4GB, and I also tried all the repair options I could find including the install usb repair options and the in OS repair options, what do you mean by the VRM/power delivery could have failed? could I have checked that through the bios telling me how many volts I have going to the devices?

I did fix it though and you're going to love this, some how I managed to get thermal paster under the cpu (probably from cleaning the old off of it...

1| Can you do us a favor and list your before and after specs?
2| Have you tried installing your OS on only one of your SSD that is the youngest(in terms of out of the box)? Forget about your mechanical HDD's for now and don't have them plugged/powered.
3| Speaking of OS, have you ruled out a corrupt installer by recreating your bootable installer on a pen drive that is larger than 4GB?
4| If you can get onto your desktop space, without an events, can you try and run repair install?

Last word, given that your AMD processor is rated at 220W TDP, I wouldn't be surprised if the VRM/power delivery on your board gave up and damaged the board in turn.

I did fix it though and you're going to love this, some how I managed to get thermal paster under the cpu (probably from cleaning the old off of it one day and getting it on my fingers and it rubbing off) and I guess over time the heat helped it move around and it finally made contact between 2 pins and cause just enough of an electric flow to screw things up bad, I took the cpu to RMA it and thought I could see some so I took a soft headed tooth brush and rubbing alcohol and carefully cleaned it for 30 minutes straight and let it dry for about 3 hours, then I installed it on a SSD ad tested it, I had no component or store corruption, and everything seemed to be working so I started stress testing it playing games, it was fine, so I installed the OS again on the SSD and added my HDD for user profile and program storage and it's working fine so far I'm currently on it typing this! The only issue I've been having since then is 7 days to die, and rust has frame lag and occasional crashes but I think my GPU is going out or overheating because speccy says the temps are getting hotter than normal, but so far it runs skyrim special edition perfectly fine.

Interesting to know and ofc I think that is a solution in itself. I would like to stress in this matter that you should be careful in installing your CPU and the TIM, perhaps the AMD platform in itself is forgiving but Intel's processors are very erm sensitive.

The two game titles you mentioned have been a little unsettled with Nvidia based GPU system's. In any case make sure your drivers are up to date and perhaps try and reinstall your game to see if that alleviates the issue.

Oh I know I think my biggest problem is lighting, I originally built this pc and my original gaming pc with an intel i7, under very good and very bright lighting and including flashlights, but since then I've moved to a new house and have just a ceiling fan with 4 small base bulbs and I'm still not fully adjusted to not having enough light lol It took everything I had to rebuild this one with flashlights so I'll be hanging new lights in the future. Thank you a bunch, and I know those games are both still in alpha also so I'm gunna run dark souls 3 and rainbow 6 siege and see how those games fair!

+ Thank You for awarding my post as the Best Solution but I felt that the post above was the real solution. Indeed lighting is everything. If anything, just make sure you have some good overhead lighting when you're working on your computer. Laying it on it's side is also good practice.

Speaking of how they fair, you didn't mention the chassis within which your parts are housed. Perhaps you have heat from the processor being trapped to account for higher temps on the GPU...? You should use apps bundled with the card to monitor temps.

Well I figured I needed to award one so it would say solved and I couldn't find the option on my post I'm still very new here and my case is kind of..... rigged the airflow is absolutely great I'll take a picture of it. I made the mistake of buying a 360mm watercooler and not a case big enough to house it and I'm not very proud of what I did but it's working temporarily until I can buy a new case! and both sides of my case are taken off. How do I upload a picture from my desktop?

I've actually looked into a few of those but ill be looking into the others I haven't heard of, I forgot what it's called but I was also looking into getting a case that is a open style with a big fan above the motherboard but there is no conventional sides or anything as the motherboard lays down. I thought about buying that one and making my own bracket for the radiator to make everything an open air fan build, because right now I've got 10 120mm fans crammed in this case and I I'm not sure the size of the front one but there's a big one in the front

Yeah, it's designed around an open bench table where you can drop in or take out hardware for testing purposes but keep in mind, they are more dust magnets than a show piece or with ample airflow. Due to the nature of the chassis you've shown the motherboard's VRM area suffers from lack of an air flow and in turn can relate to lower overclocks or a premature death to the board itself.
