windows could not complete installation problem

I know there are other threads about this, but i cant seem to fix my problem.

Heres what happen, i did a update on my desktop. Everything went perfect, made it to the log in screen then my foot hit the power cord causing my computer to turn off.

I have tried using the prompt window with a few different guides with no fix. I tried the one where you use secpol.msc which doesnt work at all.

I have tried compmgmt.msc route also.

CD C:\windows\system32\oobe doesnt work either .

when i open mmc it wont let me move around the window

I was wondering if you already tried Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command when you used the Command Prompt window? Sometime the command fixes the issues related to system files.

Did you end up fixing it? Exact thing happen to me. I turn off my PC after the update and this happened and I've tried everything
